Our process involves sandblasting or laser carving. It is not a new technology. Many years ago, it was used in the industry of headstones and monuments. The difference between us to other companies is that we take extra care in selecting materials, preparing, and engraving them.

Our river rocks are all hand-selected from a variety of locations throughout the United States. In addition, we offer granite stones imported from many places around the world. All of our rocks are natural, so they do have unique markings and patterns.

We usually do, but we need to see the artwork first. Throughout the years, we have done an amazing amount of custom designs (basic to complex), from personal graphics and drawings to graphics from pictures of people and animals, etc. This service, however, must be reviewed by us before we commit to (or waive) the one-time set-up fee of up to $45.00. Once the initial set-up is complete, a file containing your artwork will be created for you and your future needs.

We sometimes spend a lot of time getting artwork ready for engraving. It often involves enlarging or reducing some details and deleting some of the very small detail to engrave the artwork in a tasteful fashion. It simplifies the conversion process on our part when you provide us with good black-on-white artwork that is camera-ready (preferably).

Whenever possible, we try not to limit the number of letters, numbers, or designs that can be used. It is important for our customers to understand that the more they place on a stone, the smaller it tends to get. In most cases, less is more. Our point is that, many times, it is better to figure it out on your own out exactly what you want to say and keep it simple. This way, your money is better spent.

The colors, shapes, and sizes of our river rocks are limited due to the fact that it is hand-selected, all-natural river rock. On the other hand, granite stone comes in a wider range of colors. If you can give us an idea of what you are looking for, we will be able to assist you. When possible, we will try to find something that matches what you want. Every effort is made to meet the needs of every customer.

In general, it takes us 2-4 weeks to complete an order, depending on how busy we are. Please let us know if you need your stone by a certain date when ordering.

Every customer is important to us, and we strive to satisfy them all. We send a layout for your approval, so we expect you will be pleased with the finished product. Keep in mind that you will be the only ones who can use the customized headstone once it is made. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis if they are necessary. It is very important to us to have repeat customers. We will make every effort to correct any mistakes we make on any pet memorials we create.

Yes, a layout will always be sent before your stone is engraved. Here’s your chance to make sure your stone looks the way you envision it, and to ensure there are no typos. The engraving process will begin once your layout has been approved.

We offer various shipping options to accommodate different needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on factors such as the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to review and choose from the available shipping options and corresponding rates.

Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Click view cart on the right side of the screen. Click checkout or make payment using different types of payment buttons. Enter your name address etc. At checkout, you will see an area with a note to the seller. Add your pet’s name and any text you would like on your stone. After you have completed checkout you will see a “Thank You” message. At the top of the message, you will be able to attach your image. Once we receive your order and photo we will contact you.

Yes, we provide a preview or proof of the customized design for your headstone or memorial. Our team will create a digital proof for your approval once you have placed your order and provided the necessary information. By doing this, you can see how the final product will look and make any changes or approvals you need before we begin production.
